These few methods can be used to increase Page Rank, and they stay within Google’s guidelines, so the website owner can avoid a penalty. Page Rank is a historic measure for popularity, so the website will not see gains in the marketing methods until the next update. Google updates the Page Rank toolbar a few times a year, so patience is needed when evaluating the link building success.
